In May, I posted my favorite photos from our first two months of traveling.  By that point, we'd visited Cambodia, Thailand and Malaysia.  Since getting back, I have been sorting through my many, many pictures and wanted to share my favorites from the trip as a whole.  I'm breaking the post up into two parts, Asia and Europe, to try to make it a manageable length.  I hope you like these as much as I do!

I found it difficult to completely capture some of my favorite places on film.  My photos don't do justice to the size of Bangkok, the beauty of the Gili Islands, or the diversity of markets in Chiang Mai.  Yet pictures of the grill buffets on Gili Trawangan remind me of the bright blue water and sunshine, my well-documented curries in Chiang Mai remind me of the friends we met there, and my hundreds of photos of the temples around Angkor Wat call to mind the bustling roads around Siem Reap.  I hope they give you at least a hint of where we traveled, too.
